WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. All orders are processed and shipped within one (1) business days (not including weekends or holidays).
Orders shipped via standard delivery (UPS) typically arrive in two (2) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, (the same condition that you received it) in original packaging. You’ll need to provide receipt or proof of purchase

to start a return. To do so you can email us at info@mychugbuddy.com. If your return is approved, you may send the item to be returned to the following address:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or issues: 

Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can exchange it.
 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We cannot accept returns on items that were on sale or items purchased with gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

Return the item you have using the method above, once return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
